This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for NextLuma services.


1. Refund Eligibility

We strive for your satisfaction with NextLuma. If you are not entirely satisfied with your paid subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • New Subscriptions: For new, first-time paid subscriptions, you may request a full refund within  7 days of your initial payment.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant, unresolvable technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of NextLuma, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • After the 7-day refund period for new subscriptions has expired.
  • For subscription renewals.
  • For partial usage of the service (e.g., if you've used a significant portion of your monthly credits/usage limits).
  • If you cancel your subscription mid-term without meeting the "Technical Issues" criteria.
  • If your account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • For any promotional, discounted, or free trial upgrades.
  • For any add-on purchases, credits, or one-time fees.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@nextluma.com within the eligible timeframe. In your request, please include:

  • Your NextLuma account email address.
  • Your subscription details (e.g., plan name, date of purchase).
  • A brief explanation for your refund request.

4. Refund Processing

  • Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it against our eligibility criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Upon refund, your access to the paid features of NextLuma will be revoked, and your account may be downgraded to the free plan.
